我国混凝土轨枕自1958年研制以来,产品升级换代、工艺材料发展变化速度加快,从而使得我国预应力混凝土轨枕不仅在生产数量和铺设数量方面跃居国际前列,而且在产品结构性能、生产工艺技术装备水平、产品质量等方面均逐步达到国际先进水平。随着铁路建设事业的蓬勃发展,一些现场浇筑的普通钢筋混凝土结构物如涵洞、电缆槽及盖板、人行道步板等也逐渐采用预制构件,预应力混凝土管桩及预应力混凝土电杆在铁路中应用也很广泛,形成了一种混凝土制品在现场预制生产运作的新模式。笔者在文中介绍了适应我国高速铁路发展的无砟轨道采用的混凝土轨道板的结构型式及生产工艺,此外还介绍了我国电气化铁路混凝土接触网支柱等铁路采用的混凝土制品。

The author introduces the structure type and production technology of concrete track slab used in ballastless track which adapts to the development of high-speed railway in our country. In addition, it also introduces the concrete products used in the railway such as the concrete contact line pillars in China’s electrified railway.
