经过十多年的努力,媒介素养教育在我国已从理论研究进入实际实施阶段。起初笔者认为师资匮乏是制约媒介素养教育顺利融入中小学教育体系的最大障碍。为此,笔者自2009年起赴全国各地开展了20次媒介素养教育师资培训。然而,通过对参训教师、中小学校长及各级教育管理者的深入了解,笔者逐渐发现媒介素养教育的课程定位、课程形态、教学目标、评价体系等宏观管理问题;学校如何选派师资,如何进行课程管理等中观问题;教师究竟要学习哪些知识,具备何种技能,如何学习,才能讲授媒介素养教育课程等微观问题,都必须得到解决,才能使媒介素养教育真正融入中小学教育体系。
After more than 10 years of efforts, media literacy education in our country has entered the practical implementation stage from theoretical research. At first, I think that the shortage of teachers is the biggest obstacle to the successful integration of media literacy education into the primary and secondary education system. To this end, the author since 2009 to carry out 20 times throughout the country media literacy education teacher training. However, through in-depth understanding of participating teachers, primary and secondary school principals, and educational administrators at all levels, the author gradually finds out the macro-management issues such as the curriculum orientation, curriculum modalities, teaching objectives and evaluation system of media literacy education; how schools select teachers and how How to learn, how to learn and how to teach micro-issues such as media literacy education curriculum must be solved in order to make the media literacy education truly integrate into the primary and secondary education system.
