车轮轮毂孔一般均采用普通车刀进行镗削.但在大量生产或加工余量大时,效率和质量的提高受到了一定的限制.为此我们设计和制造了一种强力扩孔刀,在QC501型车轮立式车床上(动力为28瓩)加工B型铸钢轮之毂孔(材质为ZG55)效果较好.选用切削速度30米/分、走刀量0.3毫米/转,一次走刀可将毛坯孔由55毫米加工至孔138毫米,加工余量达42毫米,机动工时5.5分.精加工时,光洁度也可达??6. 扩孔刀的结构、角度如图1;装夹情况见图2. 这种刀具大致有以下几个特点: 1.刚性好、强度大:刀体截面积为30×127毫米~2,整体锻成,适合于强力切削.
