目的:研究心理因素对成年女性牙颌畸形患者正畸治疗的影响。方法:选择120例年龄18～45岁已经结束正畸治疗或者接近完成治疗的成年女性牙颌畸形患者,通过询问、填写调查表、查阅病历或者随访方式进行调查。结果:不同年龄、不同文化背景、不同婚姻状况和不同经济条件的成年女性正畸患者的心理状态不尽相同,比较复杂,对正畸治疗的认识、合作程度、对治疗的满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理因素对成年女性正畸患者有着多方面的影响,正畸医生在诊疗的过程中应有充分的心理准备。
Objective: To study the effect of psychological factors on the orthodontic treatment of adult female patients with dental deformity. Methods: A total of 120 adult female patients with dentition deformity who had completed their orthodontic treatment or were close to completion of treatment were selected from 120 to 45 years of age and were investigated by asking, filling in the questionnaire, referring to the medical record or follow-up. Results: The mental status of adult female orthodontic patients with different ages, different cultural backgrounds, different marital status and different economic conditions were different and complicated. There were statistically significant differences in understanding, cooperation and satisfaction with orthodontic treatment Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Psychological factors have many effects on adult female orthodontic patients. Orthodontists should be fully psychologically prepared during the diagnosis and treatment.
