电液控制变速系统可实现较精确的换挡品质控制,在工程机械中的应用日益广泛。在国内外工程机械动力换挡变速器研究基础之上,开发出能满足换挡和使用要求的自动变速器控制系统。换挡策略由经验丰富的工程车辆驾驶员和参考国内外相关文献制定,制定的换挡点科学合理,装车后试用情况良好,换挡冲击小。控制器(ECU)采用高速C8051单片机,整个控制系统安全可靠,抗干扰性强。
