我国自改革开放以来组织发展形势得到了前所未有的提高,组织形态的多样化使传统人事管理不能适应组织发展目标,二十世纪九十年代以来,新型人力资源管理逐渐出现在人们的视野中,以其高效率和灵活多变的管理方式应答了大多数组织的青睐。本文通过对比传统人事管理与人力资源管理的区别,找出传统人事管理的不足以及新型人力资源管理的优点,对企业在人力资源改革方面提出合理化建议,以提高组织绩效,达到组织目标。
Since the reform and opening up, the development of the organization in our country has been hitherto unheard-of. The diversification of the organizational forms makes the traditional personnel management fail to meet the development goals of the organization. Since the 1990s, the new type of human resource management has gradually emerged in people’s perspectives. Its high efficiency and flexible management answer the favor of most organizations. By comparing the difference between traditional personnel management and human resource management, this paper finds out the shortcomings of traditional personnel management and the advantages of new human resource management, and puts forward reasonable suggestions on the reform of human resources in order to improve organizational performance and achieve organizational goals.
