本课题采用座谈访问、问卷调查、文献分析等方法,对杭州市学校教科室设置情况、运作现状、职能等方面进行了调查,分析了目前教科研发展存在的困境,并提出了相应的对策建议:一是健全与规范机构,尽可能独立设置教科室并发挥其功能;二是建制立章,明确学校教科研工作的运作序列;三是职能明晰,待遇到位,提升学校教科室主任的工作积极性。
The subject survey, survey, literature analysis and other methods to investigate the setting of school classrooms, operation status, functions and other aspects of Hangzhou City, analyzed the current predicament of teaching and research development, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions : First, improve and standardize institutions, as much as possible to set up independent classrooms and play its function; Second, the establishment of a constitution, a clear sequence of schools to teach scientific research work sequence; Third, clear functions and benefits in place to enhance the enthusiasm of the director of the school’s teaching department .
