In the past 25 years, studies on the impact of water diversion in the digging pipelines have shown that the discharge of sediment can cause changes in the life and environment of aquatic animals and plants in the downstream during the continuous construction. The identified changes include: changes in riverbed conditions; a reduction in the number and types of underwater invertebrate communities; and a reduction in the number of fish stocks. However, these changes will not last long and will usually be restored within a year. At some junctions, the cross-flow of water changed the condition of the riverbed. But also change the breeding conditions of underwater invertebrates. In this paper, through the study of the effectiveness of cross-technology, it is proposed to raise awareness and management of the impact of pipeline cross-flow structure so as to reduce the sediment load downstream, The sub-lethal effect of sand on fish and the impact on warm-water fish stocks are minimal.
