针对水泵水轮机的S特性和压力脉动致使机组产生剧烈振动,从而破坏构件甚至引发事故的问题,以宝泉抽水蓄能电站#1水泵水轮机为例,采用CFD数值计算方法计算了6种工况下5个测点的压力脉动特征值,并将不同测点的压力脉动频域图与试验值进行了对比分析。结果表明,采用非同步导叶装置会使压力脉动增强,指出改变流道流态是解决压力脉动的关键,为当前机组的稳定运行提供了建议,也为压力脉动的深入研究提供了技术支持。
In view of the S characteristic and pressure pulsation of pump turbine causing severe vibration of the generating unit and thus damaging the components and even causing accidents, taking the # 1 pump-turbine of Baoquan Pumped Storage Power Station as an example, the CFD numerical calculation method was used to calculate 6 kinds of working conditions Five measured points of the pressure pulsation characteristic values, and different measurement points of the pressure pulsation frequency domain maps and experimental values were compared. The results show that the pressure pulsation is enhanced by using unsynchronized guide vanes. It is pointed out that changing the fluid flow path is the key to solve the pressure pulsation, providing suggestions for the steady operation of the current unit and providing technical support for the further study of pressure pulsation.
