利用静态试验研究了高锰酸钾预处理对水中微量铅的去除作用。高锰酸钾在反应过程中形成的新生态水合二氧化锰的吸附作用是取得良好除铅效果的主要因素。研究发现,高锰酸钾预处理在较宽的pH值范围内对水中Pb(Ⅱ)都具有良好的去除效果,优于单独硫酸铝对Pb(Ⅱ)的去除。在酸性条件下,与单纯硫酸铝混凝相比,高锰酸钾的除铅优势更加明显,如 pH=4.1时,高锰酸钾预处理的除铅效果高于单独硫酸铝处理3倍以上。对比试验表明,新生态水合二氧化锰较二氧化锰固体粉末有更好的除铅作用。
The static test was used to study the effect of potassium permanganate pretreatment on the removal of trace lead in water. The adsorption of new eco-hydrated manganese dioxide formed during the reaction of potassium permanganate is the main factor for good lead removal. The study found that potassium permanganate pretreatment has a good removal effect on Pb (Ⅱ) in water over a wide pH range, which is better than that of Pb (Ⅱ) removal by aluminum sulfate alone. Under acidic conditions, compared with pure aluminum sulfate coagulation, potassium permanganate removal of lead is more obvious advantages, such as pH = 4.1, potassium permanganate pretreatment lead removal effect is higher than the single aluminum sulfate treatment 3 Times more. Comparative tests show that the new eco-hydrated manganese dioxide than manganese dioxide solid powder has better lead removal.
