采用CuCl2为前驱体利用溶剂热法制备纳米铜氧化物,并借助XRD和SEM等技术考察了反应温度和反应时间等条件对铜氧化物还原产物成分的影响。实验结果显示,反应温度对产物的组成具有直接的影响作用,反应时间的影响则是建立在反应温度基础之上的,当达到临界反应温度时延长反应温度可以得到纯净的铜氧化物,如果没有达到临界点时,即使延长反应时间也无法得到纯净的铜氧化物。
CuCl2 precursor was used to prepare nano-copper oxide by solvothermal method. The effects of reaction temperature and reaction time on the composition of copper oxide reduction products were investigated by means of XRD and SEM. The experimental results show that the reaction temperature has a direct effect on the composition of the product. The effect of the reaction time is based on the reaction temperature. When the critical reaction temperature is reached, the pure copper oxide can be obtained by prolonging the reaction temperature. If there is no When the critical point is reached, pure copper oxide can not be obtained even if the reaction time is extended.
