陕西经济发展战略,属于地区经济战略。地区经济战略同总体经济战略一样,在战略目标确定之后,选择恰当的战略重点,具有十分重要的意义。怎样选择地区经济发展的战略重点呢?其遵循的基本原则是什么?我们认为:(1)要服从总体战略的需要,有利于促进全国经济的发展;(2)要切合本地区的实际,反映本地区的经济特点,发挥本地区的经济优势;(3)有利于克服影响本地区或全国经济发展的薄弱环节;(4)要投入少,产出多,能以最小的劳动消耗取得最大的经济效益;(5)有利于开拓国内市场和国际市场;(6)要能够适应本地区人民的物质文化
Shaanxi’s economic development strategy belongs to the regional economic strategy. Regional Economic Strategy Like the overall economic strategy, it is of great significance to select the appropriate strategic focus after the strategic objectives are established. How to choose the strategic focus of regional economic development? What are the basic principles to follow?
