In order to ensure the smooth progress of major projects in the eastern section, southern section and west section of Guangzhou’s Huancheng Expressway, and to promote the economic development of the whole municipality and promote the rural affluence along the road, the Municipal People’s Government decided to start the construction of this road in June 1993. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: I.
