提高轴类零件两端中心孔的加工质量,能保证此类零件加工的形状及位置精度,还能降低表面粗糙度。为此,我将一台Z512台钻,装上硬质合金的中心孔挤压刀具,改装成一台中心孔挤压机床。实现了对经过高频淬火的凸轮轴两端中心孔的挤压加工。中心孔挤压机床结构如图1所示。首先要保证挤压刀2和下顶尖4的同轴度,具体做法如下:(1)检查底板6和钻床主轴1的同轴度。(2)精磨一根直径稍大于挤压刀2及下顶尖4
