本文对20例正常使用73个月的多荷铜(MultiloadCu)250(短型)宫内节育器取出后进行铜溶蚀量的测定,其平均溶蚀量为27.0±13.6μg/日(±SD),溶蚀量范围7.3~47.3μg/日。此外,对铜丝表面沉积物的量进行了分级,并观察其与铜溶蚀量之间的关系。结果表明,铜丝表面沉积物量少者,铜溶蚀量为32.9±12.6μg/日,而较多者则为19.8±11.7μg/日。两者之间有显著差异(P<0.05),说明钢的溶蚀明显受沉积物的量所左右。
In this paper, the dissolution of copper in 20 cases of Multiload Cu 250 (short) IUD after 73 months of normal use was measured and the average dissolution was 27.0 ± 13.6 μg / day (± SD), dissolution range 7.3 ~ 47.3μg / day. In addition, the amount of deposits on the surface of the copper wire was graded, and the relationship between the amount of dissolved copper and copper was observed. The results showed that the amount of copper deposits on the copper surface was 32.9 ± 12.6 μg / day, whereas the more copper was 19.8 ± 11.7 μg / day. There was a significant difference between the two (P <0.05), indicating that the dissolution of steel obviously affected by the amount of sediment.
