结合一例GIS主母线与分支母线焊接接头断裂故障案例,通过受力状况分析,对焊接接头在短路电动力作用时的结构强度进行了力学校核,并通过设计的模型对焊接接头部位的强度性能进行了验证。笔者从材料力学和焊接结构两方面对骑坐式角焊缝结构的安全性与科学性进行了分析,指出采用焊接方式连接GIS母线与分支母线时应采用开单边坡口的结构,在结构设计时必须明确焊接件相贯线的加工和装配精度,并校核电动力的冲击载荷,设计的焊接工艺应进行评定试验验证。
Combining with a case of broken fault of welded joint of main busbar and branch busbar of GIS, the structural strength of welded joint under short-circuited electrodynamic force was checked by mechanical analysis through the analysis of mechanical conditions. The author analyzes the safety and scientificalness of ride-on fillet weld structure from the aspects of material mechanics and welding structure, and points out that the structure of single-side beveling should be adopted when connecting GIS busbar and branch busbar by welding method. Design must be clear welding line intersecting the processing and assembly accuracy, and check the impact of electric power load, the design of the welding process should be assessed test validation.
