地方党报、党刊一直是我国党和政府的喉舌,随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展,地方党报肩负着传达我党、地方政府的各项改革与方针政策,及时反映人民的意愿。随着信息技术的发展和网络的普及,中国报业,包括地方党报也在面临着新的机遇和挑战。吉利的市场竞争,使得地方党报的发行量下降,党报人才严重缺失、宣传影响力的不断弱化、来自中央党报及上级党报的媒体压力等。面对重重坤进的地方党报,不仅要突破重围变革自身机制,更要转变办报理念,坚守党报的受众本位,逐渐推进地方党报的数字化发展,使地方党报找到新的“卖点”。
Local party newspapers and periodicals have always been the mouthpieces of our Party and government. With the continuous development of our socialist market economy, local party newspapers shoulder the responsibility of conveying the various reforms and guidelines and policies of our party and local governments and timely reflecting the wishes of the people. With the development of information technology and the popularization of the Internet, the Chinese newspapers, including the local party newspaper, are also facing new opportunities and challenges. Geely’s market competition has resulted in a drop in the circulation of local party newspapers, a serious lack of talent in party newspapers, and a constant weakening of the propaganda influence, as well as media pressure from the party newspaper and the party newspaper at the higher level. In the face of numerous local party newspapers, they must not only make breakthroughs in reforming their own mechanisms, but also change the concept of newspaper office. They should stick to the audience’s standard of party newspapers and gradually promote the digitized development of local party newspapers so that local party newspapers find new “selling points.”
