统计数据失真问题由来已久,备受各级政府领导和全社会的广泛关注。本文从分析统计数据失真根本原因视角,剖析现行政绩考核评价指标体系存在的问题,并提出建立新型政绩考核评价指标体系的基本设想和思路。
The problem of statistics distortion has a long history and is widely concerned by the leaders of all levels of government and the whole society. Based on the analysis of the root causes of statistical data distortion, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the evaluation index system of performance evaluation and proposes the basic ideas and ideas for establishing a new performance evaluation index system.
