人力资源的六大职能是人力资源管理的最基本职能。随着经济的发展,中央对边疆地区的投入,这些职能只会增加不会减少。本文通过对边疆少数民族地区医疗系统人力资源的六大职能进行分析,发现问题,提出问题,也相对于每项职能提出了自己的看法。
The six functions of human resources are the most basic functions of human resources management. With the economic development and the central government’s investment in the border areas, these functions will only increase but not decrease. Through analyzing the six functions of the human resources in the medical system in the minority nationality areas in the border areas, this paper finds out the problems, puts forward the questions and puts forward their own opinions in respect of each function.
