在城市中修建地铁隧道的过程中,开挖扰动对既有建筑和桥桩的影响问题特别值得关注。大连地铁2号线香工街车站采用明挖法施工,高架桥桥桩外边缘距离车站主体结构外墙净距仅2.55m,车站开挖对高架桥影响极大。采用数值模拟的方法研究隧道施工对近接高架桥的影响,模拟获得了各开挖时步的地层位移、最大主应力、围护桩位移和桥桩位移。在数值模拟基础上,采用正交设计方法,根据极差分析原理,分析E2,μ2,E3,μ3,c3和φ36个因素对于地表沉降、桥墩沉降、桩体倾斜、支撑轴力及桥墩倾斜的影响,获得敏感性的排序。分析结果对于该工程的施工的反馈分析和方案评价具有积极的意义。
In the construction of metro tunnels in cities, the impact of excavation disturbances on existing buildings and bridge piles is particularly noteworthy. The construction of the site of Xianggong Street in Dalian Metro Line 2 is carried out by the open excavation method. The outer edge of the viaduct and bridge piles is only 2.55m away from the outer wall of the main structure of the station. Excavation of the station has a great impact on the viaduct. The effect of tunnel construction on abutment viaduct was studied by numerical simulation. The formation displacement, the maximum principal stress, the displacement of retaining pile and the displacement of bridge piles during each excavation were simulated. Based on numerical simulation, orthogonal design method was used to analyze the influence of E2, μ2, E3, μ3, c3 and φ36 factors on the settlement of the ground surface, the settlement of pier, the inclination of pile, the axial force of support and the inclination of bridge piers Impact, access to the sensitivity of the sort. The results of the analysis have positive meanings for the feedback analysis and scheme evaluation of the construction of the project.
