本文以调查问卷为工具,对国内某发达城市软件园区软件企业的员工进行实证调研,就知识型员工工作价值观和激励满意度之间的关系进行了深入系统的实证研究。由因子分析得出,工作价值观由个人要求、工作行为评价、组织集体观念、工作态度四个因子构成;激励满意度由人际关系与个人发展、工作自主与挑战性、报酬、工作满足感、业务成就五个因子构成。通过多元回归分析,验证了工作价值观与激励满意度有显著相关性。因为工作价值观具有相对稳定性及内在性,所以推论出工作价值观对激励满意度有影响作用。为软件企业从工作价值观角度对知识型员工制定有效的激励机制,提供了理论依据和实践导向。
In this paper, a questionnaire is taken as a tool to carry out empirical research on employees of software enterprises in a software city in a developed city in China, and the relationship between the work values and incentive satisfaction of knowledge workers is deeply and systematically studied. From the factor analysis, work value is composed of four factors: individual requirement, work behavior evaluation, organizational concept and work attitude. Incentive satisfaction is composed of interpersonal and personal development, work autonomy and challenge, remuneration, job satisfaction, business Achievement of five factors. Through multiple regression analysis, it is verified that there is a significant correlation between work values and incentive satisfaction. Because work values have relative stability and internality, it is deduced that work values have an impact on incentive satisfaction. For software companies from the perspective of work values for knowledge workers to develop effective incentive mechanism, providing a theoretical basis and practical guidance.
