通过文献资料法、测试法、访谈法、数理统计法等对广州市南沙区10所初中的学生在暑假前后共进行三次体质测试,以此了解初中生在不同时段(在校期与假期)的体能素质变化情况,同时从参加体质测试的学生中随机抽样进行学生访谈,对可能影响学生体质变化的部分相关因素进行调查,为今后深入探讨改善学生体质状况的手段提供参考与依据理论。
Through the literature and data method, test method, interview method, mathematical statistics method, etc., 10 junior high school students in Nansha District of Guangzhou City conducted three physical fitness tests before and after the summer vacation to understand junior high school students at different periods (on school days and holidays). Changes in physical fitness, while randomly selected from students participating in physical fitness tests for student interviews, to investigate some of the relevant factors that may affect the changes in students’ physical fitness, and to provide reference and theoretical basis for further exploration of ways to improve the physical status of students.
