目的探讨黔产莪术和郁金种子质量控制所需的适宜检验方法及关键技术参数。方法借鉴《农作物种子检验规程》相关方法,摸索黔产莪术和郁金种子质量适宜的检验方法,并检测种子的质量。结果黔产莪术和郁金种子净度为(92.47±1.22)%;百粒重(1495.10±143.41)g;水分测定采用低温烘干法,烘干时间为2h;选择纱布作为发芽床、温度25℃条件适宜种子发芽;TTC和红墨水法均可检测黔产莪术和郁金种子的活力。结论本实验方法可为检测黔产莪术和郁金种子质量提供检验方法;实验结果可为黔产莪术和郁金种子质量控制提供关键技术参数。
Objective To explore the suitable test methods and key technical parameters for the quality control of Guizhou Eupatorium and Tulip Seed. Methods Reference to “Crop Seeds Inspection Regulations” related methods to explore the quality of Curcuma and Curcuma longan seed suitable test methods and testing of seed quality. Results The clarity of the seeds of Curcuma longa and Curcuma longa was (92.47 ± 1.22)% and the weight of one hundred (1495.10 ± 143.41) g. The moisture was determined by low temperature drying method and the drying time was 2h. The gauze was selected as the germination bed and the temperature was 25 ℃ conditions suitable for seed germination; TTC and red ink method can detect Guizhou Curcuma and turmeric seed vitality. Conclusion The experimental method can provide a test method for detecting the quality of Curcuma longa and Tulipa carambola in Guizhou province. The experimental results can provide the key technical parameters for the quality control of Curcuma longa and Tulip cauliflower.
