2011年,国家正式拉开了非时政类报刊改革的序幕,当下,事业单位分类改革正顺势展开。科技类报刊由于受体制与市场的双重压力,生存正遭遇着严峻的考验。现代企业制度的引进,为弱小、单一的科技报刊迎来了抱团、重组的机遇与挑战。科技类报刊需把握契机,从构建企业立体式发展框架、推行报刊创新改革、优化完善企业管理制度着手,形成科技传播资源整合式发展机制,才能实现成功转型目标。
In 2011, the government officially opened the prelude to the reform of non-political newspapers and periodicals. At the moment, the reform of public institutions is proceeding smoothly. Because of the double pressure of science and technology newspapers and the market, survival is facing a severe test. The introduction of the modern enterprise system ushered in the opportunities and challenges of Baotuan and Reorganization for the weaker and single science and technology newspaper. Science and technology newspapers and periodicals must seize the opportunity to start a successful transition from constructing a three-dimensional development framework for enterprises, implementing innovation and reform of newspapers and periodicals, optimizing and perfecting enterprise management systems, and forming an integrated development mechanism for science and technology communication resources.
