目的 观察国人正常耳前庭小管 (Vestibularaqueduct,VA)外口CT影像 ,并探讨其外口径正常参考值。方法 行VACT扫描 ,用图像分析测量VA外口径 ,由 x± 1.96s求出其正常参考值。结果 98只正常耳中 ,90只耳VA外口显影 ,其外口径正常参考值为 :4.2 3～ 6 .39mm。结论 正常人群中可能有VA发育不良或位置变异 ,表现为VA不显影或狭小。V外口能充分反映其发育全貌 ,其正常参考值有助于诊断与VA发育障碍有关的疾病
Objective To observe the external CT images of normal human Vestibularaqueduct (VA) and to explore its normal reference value of external diameter. Methods VACT scan line with the image analysis of VA diameter, from x ± 1.96s to find its normal reference value. Results In 98 normal ears, 90 ears of VA were visualized with normal reference values of 4.2 3 ~ 6 .39 mm. Conclusion The normal population may have VA dysplasia or positional variation, showing VA is not developing or narrowing. V outside the mouth can fully reflect the whole picture of its development, its normal reference value can help diagnose VA disorders related diseases
