加强水政队伍建设,全面提高水政人员的行政执法水平,是依法治国、依法治水的必然要求。水政执法队伍建设的成效,直接关系到水利部门综合素质的提升和行政执法工作的顺利开展。新形势下,水政执法工作面临新的挑战,加强水政监察队伍建设,直接关系到安阳市水利事业的进一步发展,对推动水资源管理体制改革具有重要的现实意义。笔者结合工作实践经验,介绍了安阳市水政执法的现状,对加强水政执法队伍建设提出建议和措施。
Strengthening the construction of water conservancy contingent and comprehensively raising the level of administrative law enforcement of water conservancy officials are the inevitable requirements of governing the country according to law and governing the water according to law. Under the new situation, the water administration law enforcement is facing new challenges. Strengthening the construction of the water political supervision team has a direct bearing on the further development of the water conservancy cause in Anyang City and is of great practical significance for promoting the reform of the water resources management system. Based on the practical experience of the work, the author introduces the status quo of water law enforcement in Anyang City and puts forward suggestions and measures to strengthen the building of water law enforcement personnel.
