目的:探讨补气活血法联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:选取糖尿病周围神经病变患者60例,随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组分别为30例,对照组予前列地尔10μg日1次静点,疗程2周。治疗组在对照组基础上予以中药治疗,疗程2周。结果:治疗组有效率达90%,明显高于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组神经传导速度的改善较对照组明显(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后D二聚体、纤维蛋白原含量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组治疗后D二聚体、纤维蛋白原含量均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合前列地尔治疗可显著改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状。
Objective: To investigate the effect of qi and activating blood circulation combined with alprostadil on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: Sixty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group and the control group were 30 cases. The control group was treated with alprostadil 10μg once daily for 2 weeks. The treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group for 2 weeks. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (66.7%, P <0.05). After treatment, the improvement of nerve conduction velocity in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group (P <0.05). The content of D-dimer and fibrinogen in the control group had no significant difference before and after treatment (P> 0.05), but the content of D-dimer and fibrinogen in the treatment group was lower than before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine combined with alprostadil can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
