目的:探讨上颌窦内提升术在上颌后牙区严重骨萎缩患者种植修复中的临床应用及疗效观察。方法:对2007~2008年上颌后牙区牙槽骨剩余高度3.2~7.5 mm(平均高度5.2 mm)的牙缺失患者共20例行上颌窦内提升术,同期植入种植体30枚。术后1、3、6、12、24个月复查行X线片及口腔CT扫描。结果:所有种植体均获得了较好的初始稳定性;未发生相关上颌窦并发症。种植修复经24个月的临床观察,30枚种植体均获得了良好的骨结合,种植修复取得了较好的临床效果,X线片及牙科CT扫描,种植体周围形成的新生骨组织稳定。结论:上颌窦内提升并同期牙种植术对于上颌后牙区牙槽骨高度严重不足病例能够减少种植手术创伤,缩短种植修复时间,取得较为满意的治疗效果。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application of maxillary sinus ascending implantation in the implantation repair of patients with severe bone atrophy in the maxillary posterior teeth and its curative effect. Methods: Twenty patients of maxillary sinus with maxillary posterior alveolar remnant height of 3.2-7.5 mm (mean height of 5.2 mm) were treated with maxillary sinus lift and 30 implants at the same period. Postoperative 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 months after X-ray examination and oral CT scan. RESULTS: All implants achieved good initial stability; no associated maxillary complications occurred. Implantation repair After 24 months of clinical observation, 30 implants all achieved good bone union, and achieved good clinical effects after implantation and repair. X-ray films and dental CT scans showed that the new bone tissue formed around the implants was stable. CONCLUSIONS: The maxillary sinus elevation and simultaneous dental implant surgery can reduce the surgical trauma and shorten the time of implant repair in the case of severe insufficient height of the alveolar bone in the maxillary posterior teeth area, and achieve a satisfactory therapeutic effect.
