乌鲁木齐市是国家重点抗震防灾城市之一,需要制定抗震防灾规划。基于乌鲁木齐市供水生命线工程中厂房、泵房、蓄水池均已考虑抗震设防或采取了加固措施,本文旨在讨论供水管网的地震易损性分析和震害预测问题。根据以往城市供水管网的震害经验,特别是近年对徐州市供水管网的震害预测经验,拟对乌鲁木齐市供水管网作地震易损性分析和震害预测,为该市制订供水系统抗震防灾规划提供参考依据。一、供水管网地震易损性分析
Urumqi is one of the country’s major earthquake-prevention and disaster-prevention cities and it is necessary to formulate a plan for earthquake-resistance and disaster prevention. Based on the consideration of seismic fortification or reinforcement measures taken in the factory buildings, pump rooms, and reservoirs in the Urumqi Water Supply Lifeline Project, the purpose of this paper is to discuss the seismic vulnerability analysis and earthquake damage prediction of the water supply network. Based on the experience of earthquake damage in previous urban water supply networks, and in particular the earthquake damage prediction experience of Xuzhou City’s water supply network in recent years, it is planned to perform seismic vulnerability analysis and earthquake damage prediction for the water supply network of Urumqi and formulate a water supply system for the city.
