在教学过程中,交往意味着对话、参与、相互建构。当前师生关系中普遍存在着教师中心主义和管理主义倾向,严重的剥夺了学生的自主性,伤害了学生的自尊心,摧残了学生的自信心,有些导致学生对老师的怨恨和抵触情趣,师生经常处于冲突和对立之中,在体育课上,改变师生关系成为本次课程改革的一个焦点。那我们应如何在体育课上改变以上情况呢?我们可以从多方面入手进行尝试。长期以来,教师把自己更多地定位为管理者和控制者。为了维持课堂纪律和课堂教学,学生一般不被允许发出信号,他们要听从教师的指令,允许做什么,不允许做什么。在教学中,教师更要求自己的行为和要求被学生接受和执行,一旦遭到拒绝会倾向于用各种方式包括消极的方式达到目的。在这种情况下,学生的主体性和主动地位难以得到保证,师生之间的有效互动关系难以建立。
In the teaching process, communication means dialogue, participation and mutual construction. The teacher-student relationship currently prevails with teacher-centered and managerial tendencies, which severely deprive students of their autonomy, hurt students’ self-esteem, undermine students’ self-confidence, and some of them cause students’ resentment and resistance to teachers. Teachers Students are often in conflict and opposition. In physical education, changing the relationship between teachers and students has become a focus of this course reform. Then how should we change the above situation in the PE class? We can start from many aspects to try. For a long time, teachers have positioned themselves more as managers and controllers. In order to maintain classroom discipline and classroom instruction, students are generally not allowed to signal that they obey the instructions of their teachers, allow what they do and do not allow. In teaching, teachers also require their own behavior and requirements are accepted and implemented by students, once rejected will tend to use various ways, including negative ways to achieve their goals. Under such circumstances, the students’ subjectivity and initiative can hardly be guaranteed, and the effective interaction between teachers and students is hard to establish.
