采用传统的砂型铸造方法对后罩架的工艺进行了设计。利用View Cast软件对铸件充型、凝固过程进行数值模拟,预测铸件可能产生缺陷的位置,分析了缺陷产生的原因,对初始工艺方案进行优化。结果表明,充型过程平稳,凝固过程有序,但铸件厚壁处存在缩孔、缩松缺陷。优化后的铸造工艺能够消除缩孔、缩松缺陷,从而获得合理的工艺方案。实际生产的铸件,力学性能满足使用要求。
The technology of the back cover frame is designed by the traditional sand casting method. View Cast software is used to simulate the process of filling and solidification of castings, predict the possible defects of castings, analyze the causes of defects and optimize the initial process plan. The results show that the filling process is smooth and the solidification process is orderly, but there are shrinkage holes and shrinkage defects in the thick wall of castings. Optimized casting process to eliminate shrinkage, shrinkage defects, so as to obtain a reasonable process plan. The actual production of castings, mechanical properties to meet the requirements.
