在分析影响叶片振动可靠性的不确定性因素的基础上,用非概率的凸集模型表述叶片振动参数的不确定性和共振频率区域的不确定性,将叶片振动的不确定性参数表述为区间变量,定义了叶片振动的非概率可靠性,建立了叶片振动非概率可靠性评估体系、方法及模型,并将其应用于航空发动机压气机、涡轮叶片的振动可靠性计算。研究结果表明,应用非概率可靠性评估叶片振动可靠性是合理可行的,且所需数据较少,特别适用于航空发动机等可靠性数据较少的贵重部件。
Based on the analysis of the uncertainty factors that affect the reliability of blade vibration, the uncertainty of blade vibration parameters and the resonance frequency region are expressed by the non-probabilistic convex set model. The uncertainty of blade vibration is expressed as Interval variable, the non-probabilistic reliability of blade vibration is defined. The assessment system, method and model of blade vibration non-probabilistic reliability are established and applied to the vibration reliability calculation of aeroengine compressor and turbine blade. The results show that it is reasonable and feasible to evaluate the vibration reliability of blade with non-probabilistic reliability and the required data is small, which is especially suitable for expensive parts such as aeroengines with less reliability data.
