§2.1概述石英谐振器,有时简称为晶体,是晶体振荡器的核心元件。由石英晶体片、电极、支架及其它辅助装置组成。它是利用石英晶体的压电效应、逆压电效应原理制成的电——机械振荡系统。其质量好坏直接影响晶体振荡器的技术指标。用石英晶体稳频已有60多年的历史。由于石英晶体具有稳定物理和化学性能,因而其谐振频率也极为稳定。用石英晶体制成石英谐振器的品质因数,可达数百万,这是石英谐振器在稳频技术中广泛应用的重要原因。
