利用兰州重离子研究装置(HIRFL)提供的12C6+离子束辐照紫苏干种子,吸收剂量分别为40 Gy、80 Gy和120 Gy,剂量率约4 Gy/min,探讨重离子束辐照对紫苏M1代紫苏油品质和理化性质的影响。结果表明:随着碳离子束吸收剂量的升高,和正常对照组相比,紫苏油粗蛋白含量降低,总糖含量升高;紫苏油中碘值降低,皂化值升高,但过氧化值、酸值和色泽变化不大;紫苏油脂肪酸组成中油酸含量逐渐升高,亚麻酸、月桂酸、棕榈酸和硬脂酸含量都逐渐降低,但亚油酸含量变化不大。提示:碳离子束辐照后,M1代紫苏的紫苏油主要理化指标变化不大,但不饱和程度有所升高,有利于紫苏油品质的改善。
The seeds of basil were irradiated with 12C6 + ion beams from Lanzhou Heavy Ion Research Facility (HIRFL). The absorbed doses were 40 Gy, 80 Gy and 120 Gy respectively, and the dose rate was about 4 Gy / min. Hint: After the carbon ion beam irradiation, the main physicochemical index of perilla oil in M1 generation perilla changed little, but the degree of unsaturation increased, which was in favor of the improvement of perilla oil quality.
