根据分析化验资料综合判断,八面河地区古潜山原油属于成熟原油,具有“5低2高”的物性特征和“9高6低”的地球化学特征,成油母质构成中含有较多的陆源植物,并有一定数量的水生浮游生物及藻类。根据油、岩族组成、饱和烃色谱资料对比结果,古潜山原油与上古生界石炭-二叠系、中生界侏罗-白垩系及下第三系沙河街组烃源岩不相关,而与下第三系孔店组烃源岩有较好的亲缘关系,属于新生古储。其油源主要来自八面河地区西北部东营次凹的孔店组烃源岩,经较长距离运移聚集而成。

The oil source comes mainly from the Kongdian Formation source rock in the Dongying Sag, northwestern of the Bamianhe area, which is formed by long-distance transport and accumulation.
