研究了挤压温度对AZ80镁合金组织及力学性能的影响,挤压比一定时,在挤压温度为340℃、360℃、380℃时进行挤压成型,利用金相显微镜进行显微组织分析,分别测定其抗拉强度、规定非比例延伸强度和断后伸长率。结果表明,随着挤压温度的升高,第二相含量逐渐减少,抗拉强度和规定非比例延伸强度降低,在挤压温度为360℃时断后伸长率最大。
The effects of extrusion temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ80 magnesium alloy were studied. When the extrusion ratio was constant, the extrusion temperature was 340 ℃, 360 ℃ and 380 ℃, and the microstructure was analyzed by metallographic microscope , Respectively, to determine the tensile strength, non-proportional extension strength and elongation after breaking. The results show that with the extrusion temperature increasing, the content of the second phase decreases gradually, and the tensile strength and the non-proportional extension strength decrease. When the extrusion temperature is 360 ℃, the elongation at break is the largest.
