对医院信息系统 (HospitalInformationSystem ,HIS)信息质量抽样调查发现 ,医院信息质量普遍存在不同程度的质量缺陷。其缺陷分布于医院各类信息 ,包括病人一般信息、医疗信息、医疗费用、统计信息及医院医疗质量管理等信息。缺陷主要表现为原始数据采集不完整、数据不准确等。分析信息缺陷所造成的后果 ,一方面直接影响统计信息的质量和利用 ,另一方面会造成医院决策或战略计划的失误。因此 ,提高各级领导以及广大医务人员对信息质量认识 ,建立医院信息质量管理办法 ,实行有效的医院信息质量的核查与临控措施至关重要 A sample survey of Hospital Information System (HIS) information quality found that the quality of hospital information generally has varying degrees of quality defects. The defects are distributed in all types of hospital information, including general patient information, medical information, medical expenses, statistical information, and hospital medical quality management information. The main manifestations of defects are incomplete data collection and inaccurate data. The analysis of the consequences of information defects directly affects the quality and use of statistical information on the one hand, and causes errors in hospital decision-making or strategic planning on the other hand. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to improve the understanding of information quality among the leaders at all levels and the general medical staff, establish hospital information quality management methods, and implement effective verification and control measures for hospital information quality.
