空气射流真空器是长途客车车载真空厕所的动力源,具有一定压力的压缩空气通过该射流器将产生抽吸便器内污水所需的负压。利用FLUENT软件对其内部流场进行非稳态数值模拟,分析了在一定工况条件下,面积比、喷嘴距、等截面混合室长、扩散段锥角以及喷嘴喉部长、喷嘴收缩段长、喷嘴扩散段长对接收室内残余压力的影响,为此类真空射流器的设计提供了一定的理论支持。
The air jet vacuum is the power source for the on-board vacuum lavatory of a coach. The compressed air with a certain pressure will generate the negative pressure needed to suck the sewage in the toilet through the jet. The unsteady numerical simulation of the internal flow field was carried out by using FLUENT software. Under certain operating conditions, the area ratio, the nozzle distance, the cross-section mixing chamber length, the divergence cone angle, the nozzle throat length, the nozzle contraction section length, The effect of nozzle diffusion length on the residual pressure in the receiving chamber provides some theoretical support for the design of vacuum ejector.
