腹泻是婴儿的一种常见病,多发病,一年四季可见,尤以秋冬为甚,中西治法很多,求其效速,简便易行,往往不易。笔者学习中医学,结合临床,自拟中药汤剂“腹泻验汤”,历年应用于临床治疗200余例,有记录者106例,服药后便次回复发病前,性状为软便或成形便为治愈。兹简述于下,以供同道参考。组方与方释黄连、粟壳各3～5克,秦皮、神曲各6～8克,白头翁10～12克,车前子、车前草各7～9克,甘草4～6克,石榴皮10～20克,谷芽、麦芽各6～9克。方中以黄连、秦皮、白头翁为主药清热解毒,车前子、草利小便以稠大便,粟壳止痛并与石榴皮收涩敛肠,谷芽、麦芽、神曲可助消化以调理胃肠功能。此方清中 Diarrhea is a common disease of infants, and it is often seen throughout the year, especially in autumn and winter.
