对很多中小型复混肥厂产品外观质量差的问题进行具体分析,指出是由于造粒物料没能控制在最佳造粒温度(60～65℃)及适宜液相量(3%～6%),从而提出干燥机内部结构(合理分区,不同区域采用不同抄板形式)的技改方案,并在实践中获得较好效果。
