以长白山硅藻土为原料,加碱成型可以得到重复性好,孔容大于0.7ml/g、机械强度为40～80kg/cm~2的载体,浸渍磷酸后所得催化剂在反应温度260～295℃,反应压力70kg/cm~2,空速2000h~(-1),H_2O/C_2H_4=0.7的条件下,单程转化率为5.1～5.8％,寿命长达500小时以上。
