用二联酚A型环氧树脂和无水马来酸硬化剂制作8平方厘米的部件,其工艺为混合、搅拌、计量、封闭、干燥,局部通风,并使用防护用品。笔者曾经历由蒸气吸入或皮肤接触致敏的病例。作业者从初次使用不足2月,接触6次后开始发病。实际操作时间合计17小时,一次使用树脂量200—400克,硬化剂110—220克。发病经过,自接触次日起颜面、两上肢发疹,有痒感,不足一个月症状消失。症状消失后作皮肤斑贴试验,1%重量浓度树脂和硬化剂,对照用稀释溶媒白色凡士林,三种物质在前膊斑贴24小时,看24及48小时结果。24小时局限于环氧树脂斑贴部位发红和同样大的硬结。有痒感但无疼痛。48小时硬结更硬,在其上有
