利用有限元方法,建立了轴对称的电-热-力耦合有限元模型,实现了电-热耦合与热-力耦合的顺序模拟。以42CrMo4钢圆柱体在电阻连续加热情况下的热镦成形过程为例对模型进行验证。结果表明,模拟所得坯料温度及载荷变化与试验结果一致。电阻连续加热成形过程中坯料温度急剧下降主要由于成形过程中坯料电阻的下降,而坯料温度下降也导致成形载荷迅速增加。
Using finite element method, an axisymmetric electro-thermo-mechanical coupled finite element model was established, and the sequential simulation of electro-thermal coupling and thermo-mechanical coupling was realized. The model was verified by the hot upsetting process of 42CrMo4 steel cylinder under continuous heating resistance. The results show that the simulation of the resulting blank temperature and load changes consistent with the test results. The sharp decrease of the blanking temperature during continuous heating forming process is mainly due to the decrease of the blanking resistance during the forming process, and the decrease of the blanking temperature also leads to the rapid increase of the forming load.
