1990~1994年对枣黑腐病(Dothiorella gregaria Sacc.)进行研究,结果表明:该病原菌主要以分生孢子器及分生孢子在落地病果和干枯枝上越冬。病菌可以通过伤口或直接侵入,人工接种潜育期2~7d。从6月底至9月中旬病菌均可侵染果实,有潜伏侵染和再侵染。田间8月上旬为发病初期,8月下旬至9月上旬为发病盛期。侵染率与7~8月降雨量和阴雨天数呈正相关;发病程度与果实成熟度、树势、间作物种类及虫害防治等有密切关系。
From 1990 to 1994, Dothiorella gregaria Sacc. Was studied. The results showed that the pathogen mainly took the conidia and conidia overwintering on the ground fruits and dry branches. Germs can be directly invaded through the wound or artificial inoculation latent period of 2 ~ 7d. From the end of June to mid-September the bacteria can infect the fruit, with latent infection and re-infection. Field early August early onset, late August to early September for the peak incidence. The infection rate was positively correlated with rainfall and rainy days from July to August. The incidence was closely related to fruit maturity, tree vigor, the type of inter-crop and pest control.
