国有企业改革,作为城市经济体制改革的中心环节,已经进行30年了。在波澜壮阔的国有企业改革实践中,国有企业党的工作改革一直处于突出的位置。或者说,中国的政治体制和中国共产党的领导方式改革,首先是以国有企业党委工作改革为突破口的,30年的改革,既为党怎么领导企业积累了丰富的经验,也为整个党执政方式的改革,探索出了一条新路子。因此,认真总结30年国有企业党委工作改革的丰富实践经验,并从马克思主义党建学说的高度进行理论上的分析和概括,得出一些科学的结论,对于我们整个党的工作的改革,具有十分重要的理论意义和重大的现实意义。在纪念改革开放30年之际,我愿以一个亲历者和探索者的身份,对30年国有企业党的工作改革,作一个深度观察,提出一些不成熟的看法,供参考。
The reform of state-owned enterprises has been going on for 30 years as the central link in the reform of urban economic system. In the magnificent practice of state-owned enterprises reform, the work-style reform of the state-owned enterprises has always been in a prominent position. Therefore, we must conscientiously sum up the rich practical experience in the work of reforming the party committees in state-owned enterprises over the past 30 years and make theoretical analyzes and generalizations from the perspective of the Marxist theory of party building. We have drawn some scientific conclusions that are very significant to the reform of the work of our party as a whole Important theoretical significance and great practical significance. In commemoration of the 30 years of reform and opening up, I would like to take a witness and explorer as a witness to the 30-year state-owned enterprise party’s work reform and make a deep observation and put forward some immature opinions for reference.
