本文针对留学生信息服务需求调查结果,分析了高校图书馆获取信息过程中所存在的障碍和问题,探讨以留学生信息需求为导向,以留学生需求特征为基础,在资源建设、技术支持、服务方式、服务内容以及服务质量反馈评估等多个工作维度共同改善,设计符合留学生需求特征的多维度留学生信息服务工作模式,最终提升高校图书馆的国际化服务能力。
Based on the survey results of information service needs of foreign students, this paper analyzes the obstacles and problems existing in the process of obtaining information of university libraries. Based on the information needs of foreign students and the characteristics of students’ needs, this paper analyzes the existing problems in resource construction, technical support, Service content and quality of service feedback assessment and other work together to improve the work dimensions, designed to meet the needs of students characteristics of multi-dimensional information service model for students, and ultimately enhance the international library service capabilities.
