目的:研究赤芍对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用及对免疫器官的影响。方法:应用肉瘤S180荷瘤小鼠作为动物模型,连续灌胃给药14d后脱颈椎处死,解剖,观察赤芍对小鼠S180移植肿瘤的抑制作用及免疫功能的影响,为寻找有效和低毒的抗肿瘤药物提供有价值的实验资料。建立小鼠S180实体瘤模型,分别设赤芍组、空白对照组及黄芪低(5g/kg)、中(10g/kg)、高(20g/kg)剂量组。测实体瘤小鼠瘤重、脾重,计算抑瘤率、脾指数。各组比较并进行统计学分析。结果:与黄芪组比较,赤芍低、中、高剂量组瘤体均缩小(P<0.05-P<0.01);与黄芪组比较,赤芍中、高剂量组脾指数均升高(P<0.05-P<0.01)。结论:赤芍对小鼠S180移植肿瘤具有抑制作用,并可增强荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective: To study the anti-tumor effect of Radix Paeoniae Rubra on S180 tumor-bearing mice and its effect on immune organs. Methods: Sarcoma S180 tumor-bearing mice were used as animal models.
