家乡风味是一个能够迅速引起人们话题的文化事象,它包含着人们对于家乡的特殊情感以及饮食文化意蕴。从家乡风味这一角度去探寻人们对于自己家乡的归属与认同感,能够体会到许多来自家乡的民俗文化。在湖北宜昌至荆州一带,鱼糕这一菜肴家喻户晓,它几乎是各种宴席上的第一碗菜,所以被称为“头菜”。鱼糕的历史可追述到春秋时期,历经几千年,依旧在荆楚地区生生不息。2009年荆州鱼糕被列入湖北省非物质文化遗产名录。文章以鱼糕的历史发展为线索,在流变与发展中探索鱼糕承载的家乡特色民俗文化。
Hometown flavor is a cultural phenomenon that can quickly arouse people’s topics. It contains people’s special feelings about the hometown and the food and cultural connotation. From the perspective of hometown flavor to explore people’s own home ownership and identity, can experience many folk culture from hometown. In Hubei Yichang to Jingzhou area, the dish known as a fish cake, it is almost all kinds of feast on the first bowl of dishes, it is called “head dish ”. The history of fish cakes can be traced back to the Spring and Autumn Period, after thousands of years, is still alive in the Jingchu area. Jingzhou cakes in 2009 were included in the list of non-material cultural heritage in Hubei Province. The article takes the historical development of fish cakes as a clue, and explores the hometown characteristic folk culture carried by the fish cakes during its development and change.
