武汉经济技术开发区位于湖北省武汉市区西南，紧邻长江黄金水道，318国道横穿东西，京珠高速纵贯南北；三角湖、后宫湖等7个湖泊如“七星拱月”，将开发区镶嵌在湖光水色之中，正由于她纵横交错的交通运输网络和独特的地理优势，吸引中外客车商争相前来投资。 武汉经济技术开发区保安服务公司共有保安员400多名，分别承担着开发区的机关、学校、金融部门、宾馆、公共娱乐场所,居民住宅小区、外专公寓等80余家客户单位的门卫、巡逻、守护、押运等人防任务,以及22家以建立区域安全防范报警系统为主的技防服务。 开发区保安服务公司驵建9年来，保安队员在执行勤务中共扭送犯罪嫌疑人295个，协查各类治安、刑事案件314起,扑灭大小火灾72起,为客户挽回经济损失1400余万元。 本文介绍的是开发区保安服务公司的一些管理方法，愿向同行请教。
