本文拟介绍我在协同分层教学法实践中使用的协同成长轨道线分析法.1.协同成长轨道线的设计思想.为了最大限度地评估学生学习状态,需要对学生的中期和短期状况结合起来比较,还需要将学生个体和班级整体状态结合起来比较.(1)纵向:把学生个体的短期、中期的状态动态结合起来.学生短期状态的评估主要分为:课堂表现和课后作业.学生中期状态:以月考成绩为主.将学生短期状态进行打分记录,而这样长期统计的结果更有利于把握学生的真实状态,也有利于在中期考试测评后分析和改进教学工作.
